Posted pics about a year ago. Just another progress update. My body has changed drastically. I lost 100lbs. Then gained 40lbs back in the right places. Gym 7 days a week. Lots of hard work and a change of lifestyle and diet. Helped me beat my depression. Today i turned 50 and i feel amazing. still trying to get better everyday.

Thank you bro. Still trying to get bigger and add size. Loose skin is the enemy and trying to fill out my chest and back. That’s where i am lacking.

You’re a class above the rest , great inclusion of the larger than average “mushroom tip” pic, just to pour some more salt on the open wound to the haters +1 all day

Thank you bro. I started lifting in high school at 17. Always was in decent shape. Depression got the best of me and getting back to where i was (almost ) helped me beat that. The gym changed everything for me

Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. And this is proof of that. I lost the weight without peds. My test levels were below a hundred when i first saw an Endo to get on trt. I lost 80lbs before i started trt and getting back on gear. My Endo was amazed at how i had the energy to spend 2 hours in the gym a day with my levels so low. I had the test levels of a teenage girl. lol
