This picture is from about one month ago, I was at 192lbs, and according to a machine at my gym 9.5% bodyfat.Not sure how accurate that number is.
Tomorrow, I'll post a picture from about 18 months ago, when I was at 235lbs and 20% bodyfat.I can only post one picture a day.
Anyway, I really been watching my diet and eating clean, this past year. Just wanted to post some progress pics.
Still, have goals to reach, but this is currently where I'm at.
