Here I am 6ft 192lb, these are just some progress pics for my fellow Eroids bro's and sisters, I go hard in the gym. I don't neglect any body part, while some show better progress then others there no neglection, keep your eyes peeled because this is just the beginning, as I see NO end. I would like to thank all the vets here for providing GREAT info on aas without you guys this wouldn't be possible, guys like Gs, zewi, cdaddy, and of course Tread M, I might not post alot or give info and that's because I'm still learning and I don't want to misdirect any body and ruin there health.

Legs need more size bro. I'd work those legs twice a week.
IMO these legs seem good,proportionate and have a good quality.No offense bro but isn't necessary to train the legs more often. training the legs 2 times a week isn't the key to getting huge legs
The pic doesn't really do justice for legs, trust me legs aren't lagging at all

My diets super clean, little to no sugar low carbs, high protien, I'm not counting cals, but I'm getting more then enough all I eat is eggs, tuna, fish, chicken, beef, some pork,
