This is how I'm gonna start off the new year. I've put on and kept a lot of muscle after my pct. Next I need to work on this lower stomach/back fat. Its a ton of work for me to lose this. I'd like to lose maybe 2% by spring.
I want to thank the eroids community and to all guys that have helped me get to where I am.

My main issue is the lower belly fat as well but im hopeful for the future as i'm sure you are too. Just keep pushing we're going to make it brother.

Looking good mate. It's harder at our age to shift the lower belly fat. I'm guessing your confident and happy with your diet etc judging by your profile info? Looked into hgh for stripping that last stubborn bit?
Ya, been thinkng about it a bit but I'm not to educated on the subject. Have to do some reading and get more informed. Maybe by the end of the year next year.

You look good bro! At my best, when I was cutting I was having excellent 4 pack but tht lower ab was the last bit to go... I mean I literally got stuck and was thinking holly shit what can I do more. At tht point I wasn't on gear.
needless to say I started bulking without truly achieving tht elusive perfect 6 pack
Thanks, ya, that's what I'm striving for. I have no problem gaining weight, but I'm afraid if I start bulking to much ill get to puffy and lose that edge.
