Progress from October 2025 to now. Added cardio and weights as need. Got stronger and leaner.
Macros
240g to 280g protein
300g 400g carbs. Carb cycle and save carbs sometimes for Gelato
150g to 250g fats mostly beef animal fats.
I add to macros and take away depending on hunger,lifts, and attitude sometimes. I to old to be hangry.
