Sorry for the shitty images the labs were emailed to me scanned so kinda hard to read. I also had my igf-1 tested but have not got the results back yet. I went to a walk in lab in my town $200 and I got to pick what labs I wanted. In and out in 15min. Not bad at all.

If I'm not mistaken from a quick glance your triglycerides are high. Get that under control bud. Stay away from alcohol and start upping the dose on omegas. Light cardio 20-30 min a day with h/r around 120 - 130.
