Third pic to your right at the very bottom was taken tonight after a long day and done for a reason. Normally all pics are taken in the morning before a meal and before a pump. So this was done for my viewing pleasure and for all to see how things are coming along. I have seven more weeks to go and loving every step.
Check out the veins. 02-28-2012
Taken today 03-06-2012 with my new posing trunks. I am 3 1/2 weeks out and beginning to drop water.
Taken today the 17th of March while trying to put some carbs back into me and tapering down the carbs as the days go by till it reaches 50 grams.

GearofWarLookin good man. Look at that kitchen! Looks like a mad scientist works in there lol!
Great work, Phil! Keep kickin' a$$ with the EBC your contest prep!
phil113kgThanks man, just trying to do the best I can. Most of the pics are done in the morning on an empty stomach with no pump. At the gym during a workout, now that is another story, monster man, monster!
Okay, I looked more close at the pics hear and the EBC befor pic. Your getting ready for the Top De Colmar now along with the EBC. Ya the pics at the gym your obviosly more pumped. Lookin good. Is that a rice steamer in your kitchen? If so I have one as well I love it. Just put rice, the right amount of water maybe a tiny bit of salt with the water and close and press cook rice. It cant get any simpler. It will steam whatever... You have givin me abit of inspiration, goin to defrost my chicken breast now for tomm so I DONT FORGET... Thanx
phil113kgYeah most of the pics here are done in the morning after rising and before a meal. So at the gym I expand twice the size. But taking pics in the morning gives me a better idea of how I look without a pump. Yes it's a rice steamer given as a xmas gift.
Dude, ur a beast. The yrs of good diet and dedication in the gym show clearly. Your gna come out of the EBC lookin like hercules lol im excited to see how boccagz gear' transforms you, good luck brother!
phil113kgThanks for the comment bro and yes I am excited to see the end result as well.
Whose gear ru using? And what kind of cycle
phil113kgI have it all posted on the EBC.
Good starting point mate. Good luck with it all.
phil113kgThanks bro, comments like that coming from you mean more to me knowing that i saw your pics and know you know your business.
Excellent starting point for your contest prep. Continued success over the next 12 weeks. How many comps have you done?
phil113kgYour pics look good and you were natural in them, way to go. How are things now that you are GEARED up?
I'm into week five. Both strength and weight are up and the DOMS I have remind me of how I felt when I first started training which is great. I plan on summarizing my first cycle at the end of it in a few weeks.
phil113kgYou got pics at this time?
phil113kgThis will be my first in Europe France to be exact. Did some NPC shows in Texas while I lived in the states. The military took up most of my time so I had a long lay off from competing but never from training. Thanks for the props.
