Ordered may 7th landed the 11th for domestic. Excellent t/a bought a bunch of shit to stock up and try and some for some buddies. The source has been great with communication and the Reta is on point for sure tbd on the rest. Looking forward to trying out the klow to help with my healing. The prices are definitely unbeatable. The Reta is great from them does exactly what it’s supposed to do, if you’re new to Reta start low 1mg is a perfect starting point and titrate up from there. I ran 1mg for a month before I bumped it. Now I’m running it at 6mg split into m-w-f 2mg doses just because I wanted to get more of the fat burning properties without any additional sides if I pin 6mg once a week I get sides. I plan to grab the mot-c once it’s back in stock a lot of the things I’ve read talk about using ss-31 prior to mot-c to get the full affect from mot-c
@shredski … Exactly, brother. From both the literature and anecdotal side, SS-31 and MOTS-c seem to complement each other really well.
The way I personally look at it:
SS-31 helps stabilize/protect the mitochondrial environment first … oxidative stress, membrane function, energy efficiency, etc. Then MOTS-c seems to “push the system” metabolically afterward. You can run both together immediately, but IMO it makes more sense to spend a little time on SS-31 first before adding MOTS-c.
As for my current setup:
- Reta: 5mg every 5 days
- Cagri: 1.25mg every 7 days
Cagri is VERY suppressive appetite-wise. Honestly one of the strongest appetite suppressants I’ve touched.
Reta IMO is still the king overall because it’s doing much more than just appetite suppression:
insulin sensitivity, glucagon activity, energy expenditure, fat oxidation, food noise reduction and metabolic improvements overall
For most people, Reta alone works amazingly well whether cutting or even growing … you just adjust the dose depending on the phase.
For me personally though, once calories get really low and the cut gets aggressive, I sometimes like adding a small amount of Cagri for extra appetite control. And honestly, strictly for appetite suppression, I personally find Cagri stronger than Tirzepatide.
If you’re starting:
Reta: 2–2.5mg/week is usually a very reasonable starting point
Cagri: 0.25–1mg/week depending on tolerance
And just build slowly from there if needed. No reason to rush these compounds IMO, Big bro!
@Pandateston yea I’m just adding one combo at a time I’ve been using Reta just upped to 4mg and started 3ius hgh so I’m gonna wait atleast 2 weeks to try adding the cagri. Definitely gonna start with 0.25mg to assess. When I started Reta I started at 0.5mg and was so happy I did. Definitely trying to stick to lowest effective doses.

Adding one variable at a time and assessing response/tolerance is the best way to actually understand what’s doing what. And starting low with compounds like Reta/Cagri is definitely the move IMO.
The more results you can squeeze out from the minimum effective dose, the better long term … less sides, more room to grow, better sustainability.
