When testing APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredients) it's not uncommon to see purity results >100. The results fall within a range +/- 100. Both samples tested very well.
This source uses a different testing lab for his powders. Some of the results from that lab have been similar (>100). The purity of the samples are not actually >100%.
