Gotta love NY state. Years ago legislature passed the clean needle law. Basically to provide ppl with IV drug addictions clean needles and also give them a card giving them the right to carry and possess needles without receiving paraphernalia charges. Luckily steroid is covered in this program and I can get a box of 100x 23g 1inchers anytime I wan over and overt!!!! Brand name Terumo ;)

I had no idea a needle could land you a paraphernalia charge, that's fucked up.
Yeah it's illegal to possess needles in NY unless your prescribed. Diabetes etc...
