That is my condition for my last competition on stage in 2019. The division was Classic physics
My weight was 220lbs.
This preparation taught me a lot about mistakes not to be made, especially in terms of food and chemistry.
The work continues!

excellent work
You will see that in the next those small steps that you call errors will become a great advance
My congratulations.
Romano735Thx mate
Romano735It is right, my last prep was just for me, no competition
Low dose for the steroid
I had the best result of my bodybuilder’s life. Why ? Just because I know my body and I don’t do the same errors , patience and work hard with brain is the best compound
very good answer friend
Sometimes you try to make up for a lack of fitness (call it diet or training) by saying okay, I'll raise the dose a bit and I'm getting better.
It is clear that they are a great help and progress, but the strongest pillars will always be eating / training / resting
thank you very much again for your answer
continue with patience and hard work and the fruits of that work already speak for themselves
a greeting
Awesome !!
Romano735Thx bro
Dustined83Shredded man!!! I wish I had the discipline to get that cut. I'm working on diet and being consistent in the gym now then I'll jump back on a test e/primo cycle.
Anyway. Good to see ya putting the work in. It's not easy
Romano735Work hard, learn everyday, it is consistency and follow the process.
It is a passion and if you want you can, but never stop to follow your dream it is the road
