this was my last show i ever did before i started a family and got discouraged from other competetions that were not drug tested,it was difficult to compete against guys with running gear all the time,i decided to come back and cycle this time.this was relaxed too.

Last i knew npc doesn't drug test.
most do not that why i basically quit and got discouraged against other guys on gear...this show in the pic was drug tested.my trainer was the producer .one of my shirts in the other photos of me is the name of the show in my state,i competed from 2002 to 2005 natural.i was traviling to cicinatti ohio and kentuky where they did not drug test at all.this was the main reason i stop competeing
I just went to a show im st Louis to see what it was like and after seeing some of the guys up there i feel like i can be up there next year
ya i had alot of fun a really loved the lifestyle,it was very very difficult to go up and down in weight naturaly at a precise time and date down to the minute in fornt of the judges all from food and mulipulation of carbs,water,sodium ect.
I hear ya. Im doing a pre contest diet right now and ill tell you its not fun nor is it easy. Im in the last week of it and i can't wait till its over so i can have a big pizza. Last 3 days are gonna be the worst but im seeing results I've never seen on me and im very proud of what I've accomplished so far

thanks guys yes that was me all from food.actuall ollie that cover of sliced is what diet i used in the back to get to this stage,the carb loading one)..i wanted to post this to show some of these guys in here what just food and hard work can do....but.....it took me 2 years of hard,sweet,pain,dedication,research,24/7 of my time,right now if i were to cut myself like this with gear i can get this way in a quarter of the time
