Never tried pharma cialis.
I have tried pfizer 100mg viagra from a doctor though and all these underground labs/indian pharmacies honestly don't even compare.
The "generic" and UGL stuff works, but it's not even in the same league as the real thing

The 20mg presses that someone takes from a Chinese pharmacy brand have a slightly diamond shape to them and no IC or ID on either side with a brighter shade of yellow but that could be lighting.
Ya you’ll be lucky to find a doc that’ll prescribe more than 10/month without them slipping in a low dose of some Viagra (Sildenifil.)
I personally can’t take more than 10mg alone for PWO and for sex it’s best combined with other libido increasing substances but that’s just me.

I fucked up and took the wrong medication I took something with hydroclorothiziade and now I’m cramping like a mofo, feeling weak as hell in the gym.
What’s a quick remedy? I have orange juice at home and some spinach, I’m in pretty much tanked mode right now, every lift is weak as fuck,
Quick remedy is going to be to flush it out with water and whatever you have around to make you pee, preferably with electrolytes added to quicken the process and make you thirsty quicker. Piss until you’re going every 45-1hr. From there the best thing that won’t mess with your diuretic is most likely gonna be charcoal.
For the Cialis it stores in your Kidneys for about ~18hrs of active half-life so whatever you have to flush your kidneys might help speed up this process but again, flushing until you’re peeing every 45-1hr and charcoal has done wonders throughout my lifetime.
Chuck, I am by no means a gear-expert. More of a gear-hobbyist for sure. But those look pharma grade to me.... I could be wrong. But I just get that feeling!!!!
That’s awesome Duck, they look totally legit and I would love it if my doc would prescribe me them but he will only do the bear minimum because he has labeled me as a doctor shopper and addict, both of which. I was. Any time I bring anything up totally legitimate he has a reason why I shouldn’t have it. In this case I happen to really need them so I just do the ugl route but maybe I’ll ask and see, who knows. Congrats bud and I hope you put those gems to good use..

They have a way of knowing, I would literally ghost your doctor though, and having paperwork of low labs does only help, can’t even get prescribed at 300ngdl I had to read 78ng in order to get 25mg androgel years ago

I will vouch for @eighty7 tadalafil. The sample pack he sent. I noticed a diff compared to the other ugl i was using. His were way better.
