got included in the promo. OSgear has top-notch customer service. So with this promo the package said delivered but i contacted the company that ships and told them they it said delivered but did not receive any package, it took about a month for them to send me an email saying that the prodcut was deliveried but to the wrong address so i sent that email to OS gear to let them know that the product was deleivered to the incorrect address. OS gear was kind enough to reship a promo, which is not usually done. About 3 weeks later, I received my package. I will let everyone know once the product is used and how I respond to the product. Super surprised with how good this company is even reshipping a promo which they did not have to do. kudos to them.
