You don't choose the amount you want to front load. You front load the correct amount for your weekly dose.
There was a really good post here on front loading. I don't remember the exact amount but I think it was to front load twice your weekly dose the first 2 weeks, which will bring you up to your half life overlap peak 3 weeks faster!

I started at 500mcg and took it to 1000mcg before switching over to Halo. Halo in a week took me right to a new PB 300lb Bench I was chasing for almost 2 years.

500mcg-2mg is the dosage range I've seen, but I would definitely start low, and not at all if I didn't have liver support in place. Shit is toxic! I like halo for other uses also! Both are toxic.
