So this is me now, Im still on my way trying to get where I want to be . Ive been on this journey now for just over a year. The ten years before that I did not lift one sengle dumbell or lay on any bench. There is also a before pic of me (thats me in the gray shirt ) so you can see what I started with. At 42 I was trying to return to a level of fitness I had when I was in my twenties and early thirties.
So now Im 43, and have finally returned to the strength I had in my late twenties, if I can just tighten up my mid section a bit more I'll be happy with that.
