I would have to say I disagree, self respect? I have mad respect for myself - the hardest canvas to manipulate is the human body, so putting up pics of my body and where I want to go with it, is useful to my fitness. How can anyone on here advise me if they don't see what is typical for my body type? What if I only looked like this one time in my life, if I show pictures through time then the now's I'm sure the advice I receive will be more useful.
