I used to use a 23g for my test because the test i use is really thick but its like a harpoon. Lol
I have started heating it and using a 25g and just taking a minute and a half to push a ml.
Just the difference between using a 23g and a 25g is big for me I don't feel like im left with a huge hole in my ass or leg anymore

Have you tried BD PrecisionGlide Luer-Lock needle?
I used to work as the receiver of a hospital in the central supply store. I had access to all the goodies and we carried bd. Used those foe that duration and now I dont work their anymore so just use what I get. I honestly don't tell much difference in brands regarding this product but id say NIPRO is quality.

I've had zero problems with 25g. Even with TNE. Just gotta make sure I warm it up well first, and take my time.
Sure it just depends on how much patience you have
That's why I was using the 23g but, I'll just be heating my oils up longer and having that patience
