i will be 30 this year i have 4 kids and I have never worked out EVER Never did a diet , but have been researching doing it for over a year, Tread has offered to walk me thru what to do to achieve the "brick house" bod I want! lol so here goes nothing!! any advice on diet, workout, supplements would be awesome i am here to learn!
