What I really want to know is how it differs from Losartan.
The main difference is half life. I get prescribed losartan and I take in the the morning, but by the end of the day it’s half life’d a few times and has lost its usefulness. Half life of Telma is 24-36 hours of memory serves so it lasts all day/night. Stable levels is the name of the game
I got prescribed Losartan from the Doc but always felt lethargic and rough on it, tried Telmisartan and wasn't that great for me so got Script Ramipril 2.5mg Tabs and love em!!! Literally don't even know I've taken it apart from lower BP.
Interesting, I’m going to look into the mechanism of action on Ramipril see how it’s different, always room to learn and experiment
