I received a couple broken vials from naps awhile back and they took care of it right away plus some more. Lucky the whole pack wasn't nabbed cause greasy oil was all over the place and it reeked like steroids. All the leaked oil caused all the labels from the other vials to come off also. What a mess it was. Looked like it was packed by a 3rd grader. They have been better since.
