Acctually yes, now I'm a newbie when it comes to hgh but as far as sides and numb hands nail growth all that I personally used 7 out of 10 bottles and so far have not had those effects, I discontinued them not saying there bad but nothing spectacular and I understand hgh takes time but figured hey if its in my system ill switch to VIPs and see if I feel anything different or see anything different there.

I'm on Rips and my nails and hair grow fast. It is actually very annoying. I am not used to cutting my nails that often. The numbness kind of went away. Except I do experience carpal tunnel syndrome sometimes when typing on the keyboard.

I heard rips and VIPs are the best I have heard rips have additive fillers beside hgh in them causing some people heart palpitations and water bloat. Rips also cuz greater igf levels, VIPs I havnt heard any bloat or sides with that's why I thought I would give them a shot first see how they go. How long into hgh do u start noticing numb hands nails ect at say 4 iu ed
