I eat fresh fruit and veg 3x a day and drink plenty of fluids and i only ran the dbol once so far.. I dont drink or take any drugs so havnt been to bothered by the liver yet but will definatly be getting some supps nxt time i use the hearts.

Yeh they kinda killed mine too had to force feed myself most of the time!! They pack the weight on tho i literally put on 8 kilos in the first 2 weeks! It was insane
Hah we had 30ml of rain a few days ago it was about 13 degrees.. The day before it was nearly 30 and not a cloud in site! Today it stsrted out overcast.. And now weve got winds that are ripping my vegie patch to shreds ;( thats autumn for ya!
