+ 20 My shape at Final IFBB France body -75kg

I hope I'm not wrong place to publish this photo, if so please excuse me and do not hesitate to delete it
Here is the condition that I had in the final IFBB France this year, I was in category Bodybuilding less than 75 kg (- 165lbs), I finish 2nd.
On the right arm, there are 3 similar veins, it's just a little shot of photoshop to erase a tattoo for the sake of anonymity.
There is also an erasure on the right shoulder.

The water retention begins to leave. I planned to train a few more days in splitt but since I feel fit, I went on new training in full body.
as I am full of hydrates (lol) I will have to adjust my charges to work on a mass optics, in terms of diet, I will try to adjust it to arrive in early December on something relatively clean to properly launch my 2019 season.
As soon as I find a moment I will expose my last cycle ;)

My category body - 75kg (- 165lbs) is an intermediate category and many competitions do not propose, so I'll have to take a little mass to go to the next category.
Last week sunday I was with Nicolas Vuilloud for a personal posing court, I learned a lot about the discipline of posing and he also gave me some tips on mass gain that I will try to implement the best possible
