Hi guys, i am pleased to share my current shape with all of you, my back still to be improved, a little smooth in my opinion but the diet in the coming weeks will make a difference, I'm putting all my strength to bring on stage a good shape , I can not wait to go on stage Smile

Yes buddy, i think the same, in the first 6 weeks of my prep my carbs were very high, over 500gr everyday, in the last two weeks I slowly lowered them, now i'm alternating low carb (about 100gr/day) with a carb load every 3 days or so, i like to try everything to see how my body reacts, one needs to understand what works best about ourselves.
