That pic looks like something out of the 70s
No way. 70's bodybuilding was all about massive chests. Everyone was trying so hard to keep up with Arnold and Franco that they were growing their pecs to cartoonish proportions, a la Mike Katz. Like Kenny Waller said, "his arms aren't big enough to match his chest."
Well, this guy is the opposite. Not 70's era proportions.
Biceps barely over 15". Sub 23" quads. 44" chest. These numbers seem made up. The person in the photo looks a bit bigger than that, does he not? Bodybuilding is all about illusion, sure, but that's why I'd be a little skeptical.
