After seeing this yesterday I went and bought a shit load of chobani haha lucky it was on special. Much better than the yoghurt I was eating before, I usually mix it with cottage cheese and whey good way to get fast and slow digesting protein for a steady amino acid supply.

Had sirloin and brown rice with beans and some asparagus tonight!!
I eat the plain chobani like its going out of style. Used to do cottage cheese until
I found that stuff. Tastes hectic plain but I add some berries or whatever. Heck I just beast it straight. I like it better than the fage brand. Gonna go down a cup right now in fact. Made me hungry! Lol
Love seeing pics of food ideas posted!! Nice post brother!

Do you use the flavored sugary ones or the plain? Me and sugar.... We don't mix too well. But I can eat the plain anyway. You're absolutely right they have WAY more protein than old school dannon yogurt from back in the day.

For a dessert I use Greek plain yogurt and mix a scoop of choc whey protein. Good shit give it a try

That's a great idea actually. Last night I put vanilla protein in Greek yogurt. Was bery edible. Good even. Love great tips on good healthy foods. Thanks!

No prob man! It's good shit just got to stir the hell out of it so it equals out. I also use Greek yogurt plain and mix a packet of ranch dressing powder and and some water till you get the thickness you like and pour it on a big ass grilled chicken salad. Protein ranch dressing with low fats
