I'm still playing around with the dosage and time before the gym to take it, but it has been lasting throughout my workouts, about an hour or so, it's not overwhelming but defiantly worth the money for the extra focus and intensity!
I do it between an hour and hour n a half before workout. I do 100mg(dosed a little different than yours)
1 cc would b good though. It's got a nice strong smell to it that will linger all around! Nice good focus and i always lift more when i use it. It just makes me wanna lift heavy shit
