My best run on primo was at 900mgs per week..broke up into 3 shots..at 600mgs per week I really saw no improvement..as soon as I bumped to 900mgs I was like oh this is what primo is supposed to do..
Such an underrated compound, for those who know how to use it, primo is actually a great builder of lean hard side effect free near permanent mass, it ups the nitrogen retention alot too for some nice vascularity, good polish when cutting and makes me a bit horny too. Good at 700mg + per week for me about 16 weeks with low test
I'm torn I wanna run 840mg a week do I do 3 shots of 280mg a week or 2 shots of 420mg a week also I'm running his prop 150 with it so I'm pinning 3 times a week my question is what would be the best route for best results on primo 2x a week or 3?
2x/wk or 3x/wk. Not a big deal which way you go. What is a big deal is how much oil you are willing to pin in 1shot. I actually went 5d/wk with my primo run to keep the amount of oil/pin more manageable.
