Nice and full bro well done +1 ... I think the best way to make a bicep look bigger is to bring up all the muscles around it like tris, front and rear delts , so they all tie in nicely, so don't worry too much about how many inches , get proportions right and you'll look beast mode... Just my 2c
I love the negatives. I have a bench with a combo leg extension/preacher curl machine at the end. I load up the weights to like 10% more than I would curl reg. then I use my legs to help get it up and then go down as slow as possible. it burns soooooo good!! I put on an inch on my arms my last cycle and I think I owe it to that one. but + 1 brother go get them 21's. I am shooting for 20's myself but I have a way to go.
Cocopuffwhat kind of exercises do you do for biceps
BigpapajuiceIncline bicep curls / concentration curls/ wide and narrow barbel curls / hammer curls
Cocopuffmy fav are definitely the seated machine preacher curls , should try those out.
BigpapajuiceNever was a machine guy but I will try anything at this point trying to hit 21 inches is my goal it's taken at least 5 years to get to 19 my arms are just so damn long it's hard to add inches
Cocopuffcan't go wrong with heavy back exercises
I usually start biceps with a seated machine curl where I can get someone to help me do forced reps and shit then go to the freeweights and use some momentum to finish it off. Thats how Yates trained.
Good size but I think peaks is a genetic thing+1
BigpapajuiceU must be right , because it just gets wider and thicker lol ive tried very trick to get that peak no luck
Good size right there !! +3
