Working hard does pay off. I didn't think i would go up so quick in weight but Mr. Fit has faith in me.he helps me a lot.

That's what I told her! We switched routines last night, doing some size work! Got her to try the 40's. She got 5 reps on her first set after warmup! The Girl is doing it!!!!!
