No need to go into too much detail, but Muta and I had a bit of a "he said/she said" mixup on one of my orders. Not only did he make the original order MORE than right by throwing in a couple free 1-Test, he sent this unexpectedly as a gift for all of the confusion. More sources could take note of Mutas business practices. There is a lot of chest puffing and pride associated with a lot of high end sources on the board. Each customer is just as important as the next as well as their opinion that they.share with other eroiders. Muta has been at the top for longer than any other since I've been.around, and gestures like this explain why. Thanks again Muta!!!
