Doing a little bulk. Was trying to stay a little bit lean but now I'm about to change gears and up my test a bit for a powerlifting meet end of march.

One thing i have learned that you can try to experiment with is keeping test levels the same throughout. Then let other compounds work their magic for what their purpose is. Only time i have to raise test levels is with npp or deca to double the test to keep limp dick away. Another thing ive learned, is when you bulk, then bulk, and when you lean out you go hard with leaning out. You look juicy as fuck, and we can all see the work you put in so dont take anything i say negative! You said critique so this is my 2 cents! Swole is the goal size is the prize!

RustyhookerLooking solid! If fat drop is still a consideration, hit treadmill after gym in fatburn range. Aerobic vs anaerobic is a change in the bodies fuel. 20-30 mins....can sip your whey too for the muscle recovery if desired.
Think I'll take your advice . Though my calories are going up considerably I'd like to stay somewhat lean . I'd like my physique to live somewhere between bodybuilder and powerlifter
