That's a good guess on the drink since all you can see is part of the color of it. I work outside doing manual labor all day, i get tired of drinking water and poweraid all the time. So i usually have soda with my lunch. Working on trying to quit when i started my cycle i quit for 2 months but old habits die hard
Anonyou should get a vape, its much healtier then ciggs. its just water vapor and nicotine. and you can slowly lower your dose of nicotine till your off.
