Nice traps... I would work on cutting. If I were in your condition I would run 500mgs of test alone, while running a 500-800 ED calorie deficit. You will lose some muscle along the way, but eventually you need to get the fat under control.
just waiting for test 400 to arrive and will be running 800mg a week with a two week kickstart of 40mg d-bol ed.My meals only ever consist of fish/rice/baked potato/chicken/pasta and steak but lately have had the tendency to snack on the wrong foods inbetween (eclairs,scones,biscuits,mr kipling lol)Training 2hrs 4x a week but I havnt done any cardio apart from a couple of swims in the past year or so,is that bad?Oh and thats not fat its muscle lol ;)
Dbol is a terrible idea at the moment. Youre easily 30%+ bf. Dbol is not going to complement your current physique. Start training/ eating out of your comfort zone. I see lots of big guys carrying lots of fat that never leave their comfort zone, because they dont want to try something thats more challenging for them.
