+ 5 Making progress after surgery
I had an extremely invasive open shoulder surgery 10 weeks ago. They removed bone from the scapula and clavicle to allow room for the rotator cuff tendon to pass through. They cut the deltoid to get in there and drilled holes in the bone to sew a new attachment for the rotator cuff tendons. I lost 25 pounds in 2 weeks went from 205 to 180 it was terrible. I started TRT a few weeks after surgery. I started my cycle 2 weeks ago I am running all Swoleoil products. Test E at 600 and EQ at 1000 per week. Dbol at 50X2 daily and I pin twice a week and fill the remainder of the pin up with TNE just before hitting the gym. I am at 195 already and feeling great. I also run Aromasin at 12.5 every other day and will be starting HCG really soon. Thank you Swole for the great products they are changing my life. I have a long way to go but I am off to a great start.

Quick question brother, did you have an injury on your shoulder that made it so your rotator cuff couldn't pass through? You said you had bone removed from your scap and clavicle, just wondering if there was a previous injury around the shoulder area that made it so the rotator cuff wouldn't pass through?
If so, what injury?
Ive had a shoulder problem from subluxating my acromioclavicular joint and its never been the same. Got an MRI the doc said its not broken and will heal on its own, its since been 5 yrs and my biomechanics is still messed up. Thanks for any info/help1
When I was 18 I dislocated the clavicle from the sternum. Had surgery on that and I think over the years it changed the biomechanics of the joint. Wasn't really a bone spur rather the bone structure just curved down a lot more in the passage. I'm 34 now and I painted for ten years with a lot of overhead work. So that tendon was just rubbing and pinching all those years and the tendon will only heal so much before it's scar tissue and tears. I'm hoping it was from the previous surgery because I don't want to go through this again on the other side. They called it a type 2 acromion joint or something like that was the term he used. I have about a four inch scar on top of the shoulder from it. Not sure if you can see the scar from the previous surgery in the pics under collar bone.
Edit. If you zoom in on the pic you can see the previous scar on my chest under the collarbone
shit bro similar shit happened to me 6 weeks ago, i had an abscess had surgery to remove it...lost 15 pounds... now im 2lbs away from 240 again thank god for muscle memory.. never give up, when you hit the floor come out swinging..
So sorry for your misfortune brother! Wishing you a speedy recovery! Glad you're off to a great start! +1 for your optimistic and positive attitude!
Good luck with the recovery. I had my front delt re attached 3 months ago and used hgh / tb500 to assist in my recovery. Drop me a line if you want to know anything about it.
TB500 I'm thinking about researching a bit because I don't know much about it but like yourself I also have heard good things about it
Look at the top of the page to your right you will see an add he can help you out on all your questions !!
PumperingIf this was me id proceed different. i wouldnt take the dbol, nor the EQ i feel like id blow up, gain too much mass/strength and re injure the tendons. you had a serious surgery bro, no need to rush back into it.
Like stated before, HGH is ur best option. I heard good things about TB500 but i cant comment on that....also deca would help a lot more than the EQ.
Goodluck
Ace VenturaShit man, good luck with the recovery. The juice should help, but try not to rush it too much. +2 for not letting it get you down. :~)
Thanks Ace. Yea I have been hitting high reps around 20 and just fatiguing the muscles the best I can without jeopardizing the integrity of the joint. Feels good to get blood flow back into the shoulder again. I have been back at Spartan a few times a week sparring and light grappling. Kickboxing has been good the last few weeks my kicks are getting sick from all the leg work since being down. I was throwing light punches for a few weeks on the heavy bag before I got back to sparring because hell the worst thing I could do is throw a haymaker and miss lol. That would reek havoc on the newly sewn tendons!
Thank you everyone for the kind comments. I was very discouraged for awhile but im finally making some progress. Its been about ten weeks and the average person cant do pushups until 3 months with this type of surgery.
+1. u took a major set back and did not let it deter u. good for u! keep it going!
hgh and tb500
Looking good brother keep tha sht going and you will blow the fk up
NecrotikKeep it up brother, Good Luck. May want to throw in 200mg/week of deca to reduce joint pain and improve recovery. Looking Good!
