Picked up a good amount of Liv52. How much do you guys recommend? I read two pills, two times a day was a good starting point for the Himilaya Brand.

those are regular strenght,but worth to use
I take 6 double strength through out the day
Only oral is anavar currently.. So three twice a day?
AnonThat's what i would do.
Anavar isnt very hepatoxic anyways. 6 a day is probably more than enough to keep your liver happy.
I was on 70-90mg var a day for 6 weeks and took 400mg Milk Thistle a day and after my cycle I had bloods done and my liver enzymes were totally within range.
AnonYeah 2 pills in the AM/PM.
If I were on orals I would increase it to 3 pills, maybe 4.
Keep that water intake high.
