If you are using a 100iu insulin pin then the 10 mark on the slin pin would be .66mg or 2iu. So each 1/10 of a ml = 2iu.
OK so 10 is 2iu OK so I need to do have of 10 twice a day and that would be 2 iu a day thanks bro
