+ 11 Legs getting big in time for cycling race season. Now I just need to start cutting.

Ran some good strong gear from OSGEAR and UGFREAK over the winter and spring to build my strength in time for racing season (I am a cyclist). About to start running Clen for a few weeks to cut down. Ill update after my first race.

i'm interesting how cyclist do legs workout.
do you squat a lot? whole year or just offseas?
I lift year round but only go heavy on squats, lunges etc. during the off season. I have to cut down a little once racing season starts. Looking for optimal strength to weight ratio. I joke that I turn into a T-Rex during racing season... all legs. I would be happy to send you some more specific workout details if you want to add me as a friend and PM me.
