Thanks to them as for me i remember when i never use to do legs. I thought it was for girls. Boy was i wrong until someone put me up on game! I happy with the improvements i made. I wish i had a shot of my quads from the past to show you the difference (night and day)

I have always had big thighs never thought i would see the muscle. I'm happy with it always room for improvement.
