I want to seek advice from all of you. When I do the abdominals, I get cramps. I feel a strong blow to my stomach and spleen. Why? It seems that the stomach comes out of the belly, really a strong pain. I can't train my abdominals hard. Did any of you have this problem?

You're getting some good advice here. Go to a Doc!
Hernia?? Have you had a physical in the past 6 months or year?
Red.1979Yes, maybe a bit of a hernia. This happens when I make a little more effort. I don't understand the other question, friend.
SuperMax already answered the question....I'm referring to a physical examination by a doctor. Good to get one every year if you have the means to do so. You need to get that checked out if its that painful
A physical examination, medical examination, or clinical examination is the process by which a medical professional investigates the body of a patient for signs of disease & damage to patients body.

Red.1979I only feel pain when I train my abdominals hard. I have never checked this problem. This is a mistake we make often, because we feel good. In September I book a visit. Thanks guys
I used to have similar issue when not training abs for a period of time, i used to get cramps i feel like my abs are contracting each other, i feel like one muscle is going above the other, it's just when i stop training abs for a while, but after training them back for 2 weeks, i dont get that problem anymore
but as supermax said, a physician would be good in your case
