Larger Appetite / Better Skin with B12 Anyone else?

Been using B12 and B12 complex over the last couple of cycles.
Overall been pretty happy.
I have noticed tighter skin better tan and a larger appetite.
Anyone else using B12? What has been your experience?

On all there products it says either they're to be used orally or topically, is this just to cover their back and it's actually supposed to be injected?
I seen they sell Syntherol(Synthol), I'm not interested in using it but it says it's to be applied topically when I'm pretty sure it's meant for injection, so that's why I'm curious if their other products are really for oral use.

.. yea I just use emergen-C fizzy drink 2-3 times a day. super orange flavor rocks.. stuff is loaded in vitamin C but also a complete B vitamin complex and it has Quercetin and co-Q 10.. I notice a difference when supplementing with it then when I'm not..
I love b12! What is with us that we have to inject everything? Lol
I use the sublingual B12 2500mcg micro-lozenges and it gives me REAL energy on a Celluar level it feels..... I wake up every day @ 6 to head into the office and of course we have coffee brewing and I always drink a couple cups, but my mom recommended B12 a few months back and I didn't notice until after I started taking it what I was missing, like coffee would get me jittery and geeked up but the B12 totally awakens me i feel 100% better after. I guess different ppl have different reactions but I personally love it, you gotta make sure to get high quality brand not the generic stuff

what are the benefits of b12 shots over sublingual? does your liver destroy some of its potential?
