+ 19 Keeping up with my boy Rager... I hope I am..... LOL..
This is for my boy Rageracing.. I saw his recent pic of his wide, lean back and was like, WTF... I gotta try and keep up with this animal.. Still need a lot of work on this OLD back but I can say I am pleased with the way it is due to the lack of training I actually do on my back.. With having 2 lower deteriorating discs permanently this has really kept me from doing any of the power movements such as squats, dead lifts, bent over rows etc for years. So I just have to compensate with what my body will allow me to do and not have to much pain in doing so. But that comes with age and reality sets in knowing that its not the weight that really matters but how the movement is perfected and felt in the muscle when training.. Anyways, PEACE OUT to all and time to hit the gym now as we speak..
