Back is my favorite to work hard n heavy. What i love most about working back as hard as I do is the next two days after workout. My back gets all tight and and I always ended up feeling wide as a house. It's mental how when my back is pumped I get all extra cocky! I swear it feels like my pump doesn't really kick in til the next day. Then bam I can barely keep my arms to the side 777:) Like I said it's a mental thing wit me an that gives me that extra edge to kill it the next time.
