Just checking blood pressure

Was at Walmart and decided to use their blood pressure machine just to check and everything looks excellent. Just another thing to keep an eye on while on this journey.

This reminded me an occasion when since I have blood pressure history in the family, every time my doc was taking bp for a check up, she would tell me get off the gear you have bp . Everyone apart from my mother read high blood pressure . Had to wear a vest for 24 hours to find out that I was the one making the blood pressure rise from anxiety when someone except my mother checked my bp.
Hey I believe it bro. I suffered from panic attacks/ anxiety that sent me to the hospital a few times the mind is powerful thing and can do some crazy stuff to us and our bodies.
A very good example of mind power, is the so called "evil eye" . Terrible headaches only fixed by a pray,which someone else does . I have 2 3 friends that "have "it very often. I told them I know how to use the pray to stop it. They all called me various times asking me to take out their "evil eye". All I ever did was to tell them your good to go. And damn that headache would dissapear in minutes, they even would call me to tell me thank you
If your arms over 17 inches they woulnt read it accurate. It woulnt even give me a reading. Cuffs are best if possible.
I could visualize you sitting there with your arm stuck in that thing. Lmao. Not sure about you but that thing scares me and my arms aren't huge
interesting, so every time i go to the doctor they tell me I have great BP (wen a person checks it) but wen i use a cuff.... im dying! I also read awhile ago that you cant trust the nurses. But also i got 17" and cuffs cant be trusted so i really dont know what to do.....
Donate blood every 8 weeks. They check it there. Any competent nurse or aid can do a bp check with no problem imo...
Oh damn I’ll have to get some cuffs then. I was looking at the ones that read your wrist so I can monitor it at home. However, when I do go to the doctors my blood pressure is around where this machine says it is.
