+ 5 JIN HGH GH SERUM / MASS SPECTRUM TEST
My Self Experiment with Chinese HGH
These Jins were confirmed as 'FAKE" on the GenSci Website
PROTOCOL:
Discontinued use of daily 3IU Serostim Injections two days prior to GH Serum Testing
4:20 AM Reconstituted with 10units of Bacteriostatic Water (Correct IU doseage unknown)
Injected IM Left Delt
Testing was done at apprx. 7:15 AM
Timing was just a tad less than the 3.5 hrs recommended. Could have elevated even more maybe?
Mass Spec states 99% Purity HGH (Molecular weight slightly different than Fisher's? 192aa?)
IU is unknown. 15ug is present in vial (I'd assume extremely less than 1IU)
GH Serum was elevated even with such a small amount present.
My IGF-1 level is elevated at 404. I would assume from my daily use of Serostim.
I hope this info is helpful and would appreciate any constructive feedback.
Thanks ANGUS/BEAKER for testing

Nice work! +1
Any plans to do a review on the trusty ol' rips? Haven't seen any recent blood results or mass spec slides (beyond the single slide posted by HB)
I've never purchased em but I'm not against testing em. Theres plenty of Serum tests done on em tho. BUT, if your staying with the >_< Brands....I'd get them from the sources that are doing random MS Tests on em to keep them yellow fellows in check. I think that's purdy cool of those sources. Shows they give a squirt what they are selling. Just my .02
Thx brother. I've seen most of the serum results, but I was just asking, since I enjoy your reporting and collaboration w/ Angus & Beaker. And I don't think a full MS panel has been posted.
I'm done w/ the >_< generics, I think my next GH order will be pharma. Currently eye'in the nords that Em sells. Still saving up.. recently been hit with a few financial snags.
I feel ya Boss. I don't care who ya are, doing HGH for longevity therapy or as HGH/AAS synergy can be expensive BUT I'm in it for the long haul....I'd rather know I'm injecting real Somatropin for 6 months to a year rather than something else....
waltrIt's got something in it that's raising growth serum levels, just not very much.
I hope it wasn't an expensive project for you, but I have a feeling it cost you at least ~$200. =/
it's probably elevated from his continued use of hgh whatever he was previously using
BillLumberghcould be peps.. which would still be low dosed though.
The MS Test shows it does contain HGH. Just an extremely low dose. My reason for the GH Serum test was to see how much it would elevate my GH Serum. Which a micro amount did very slightly. My elevated IG-1 level is not from those Jins.
BillLumberghAhh gotcha.. Yeah I thought that was the ms for the seros from your descript. Yeah I know igf1 stays elevated.
I doubt it he said he discontinued serostim 2 days before and igf levels stay elevated for a while
Hmmmm. Could be. I'd like to know aswell.
The point of me testing these was just to try and get a grip around the GH Serum results. Yes, these kits are fakes, but I did get a slight elevation. Maybe ANGUS can explain how little of the "HGH" molecule there is compared to 1iu. I'm not very smart.
waltrFrom my talks with EmPee about HGH it would have more to do with the mg content of the HGH than the number of iu's.
The number of iu's can vary depending on the amount of liquid you reconstitute the powder with.
angusSorry but that is incorrect. Iu stands for international unit and is just a measurement like any other. If you mixed a gallon of water per iu of hgh you would still only have 1iu of hgh/gal of water.
We found this product did, in fact, contain hgh but in a very small amount. In this case it was 15 micrograms. To get iu's from mcg is merely a mathmatical formula. But you can use an online calculator as well. Here is the link:
http://www.etoolsage.com/converter/IU_Converter.asp
Tell it what your converting, the category you want and then select growth hormone and you'll see It spits out .45 iu. So that is the reason he got a reading but not much of one: it's only 1/2 iu in that entire vial. If someone was pinning what they though was 3 iu it would be .45 x .33 which also explains his igf levels.
Hope that helps.
You're making me sound stupid. 1mg Somatropin = 3IUs of GH, irrespective of the volume of solution in which GH is present.
BillLumberghlol
waltrThat only works for a premixed solution though EmPee =(
If I have 1mg of somatropin powder and add a whole cc of water my 1mg=10iu's of solution.
My mention of you was really when we talked about the HGH that perf was selling that turned up bunk.
We had a PM coversation about mg to iu conversions.
no dude you are wrong
1mg = 3iu!!!!!!!
Damn. Listen up:
Blue Nords are 10mg/1.5mL, 30IUs of GH
Orange Nords are 5mg/1.5mL, 15IUs of GH
When you say 'IUs of solution' do you mean as measured by an insulin syringe? If so, if you add a 'whole cc of water' to 1mg of Somatropin, you will have 3IUs of GH in 100IUs (1cc = 100IUs) of solution.
angus^^^sorry brother, I responded before I saw the rest of your response. I think we over explained it, what do you think?
I don't know, still having doubts. So if I remove a banana from my fridge and put it in a bigger fridge, you're telling me I won't have more bananas?
lololol I'm eating a banana now as I read this. almost died. lol
Glad I made you laugh. Bon appetit! LOL
angusOmg funny!!
waltrYea, I was referring to the measurements of an insulin syringe and not the true definition of an iu, which I had to go look up to understand why you said I'm making you look bad.
I'll keep my mouth closed from now on EmPee ;P
At least we're on the same page now =)
15ugs is present....that is like a micro amount I believe
waltra ug is the designation for microgram 1000 of them is 1mg
So am I correct by saying 15/1000 of 1 mg caused a slight elevation in my GH Serum?
waltrI have no idea to be honest, I just know what ug stands for and that 1,000 of them equal a mg =/
I'm no scientist nor can I pretend to be one.
=) Gotcha. With all these >_< Generics elevating GH Serums from 8-12, just trying to fit my tiny brain around how much "HGH" will elevate it. See what I'm getting at?
waltrI'd suggest letting it clear out of your system and injecting 1mg of some pharma grade to get an accurate baseline.
I posted a study I found that was done on 7 year old kids to see how much of an increase in igf levels they could get with .025mg/kg and .05mg/kg for 7 days ( http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/study/NCT00212758 ) but that won't tell you what your GH serum levels can be expected to be.
Nice...OK...so with my IGF-1 level at 404 using 3IUs of PHARMA daily.....I'm at a good HRT level, which is what I'm after. My IGF-1 level was at 364 last blood test, so it's going in right direction.
Doesn't look to good does it..
AnonNext up, Serostim.
