How do you plan on using it?

I have been using LR3 for a minute now. This is a bit different as the half life is shorter, so probably PWO. Run it along side HGH as usual.

Suggest taking 500mcg with your pre and post meals and try hitting another 500mcg with another meal like breakfast. Getting in a morning shot is a good idea since our body is in a catabolic state after fasting all night and getting in shot with a good breakfast will put you back into anabolic state.

Roger that. I'll try this protocol. Although I eat about 3 times in the middle of the night. lol.

so 1.5mg-3mg a day total?

When I take LR3 I dose about 70mcg a day. Is this comparable to that?

LR3 I dose between 50-100mcg/d. I had good results off of 1500mcg/d with the infrajet. I would shoot for around 1500-2k/d with the infrajet if this is your first go with it. Most important times to pin it IMO are breakfast, pre and post workout. No need to cycle off of the infrajet like you do with LR3.

Which one I prefer is kind of like 6 of one and half a dozen of the other. It is somewhat difficult for me to compare since I normally run LR3 during bulks and the infrajet I ran during a hard cut. The infra worked extremely well with my cut and really enhanced the effects. Was very pleased with it. I would love to try it during a bulk sometime and see what it does.

Now on the other hand LR3 really adds another level to my bulks. Will always be a part of my cycle. The pumps and level of fullness are definitely noticeable and I seem to retain much more of my gains when using it versus not. I prefer the less frequent pinning of LR3 but that is not a real biggie. Both good compounds and I wouldn't hesitate using either one. If I can get my hands on some more infrajet and run during a bulk I could probably give a more definitive on which I really prefer overall but the short answer right now is they both appear to be effective so alot boils down to personal preference at this point in time.

How long before your workout did you pin the 500?

I would pin and then head to the gym which is about 10min away.
