I'm stumped???? (nevermind, from pharmacom)

I recieved these yesterday and have no idea what they are, what source they are from, or what mg they are. The pic isn't that good but they are pink hexagonal shaped and have what looks to me like a letter m on one side.

Try taking a close up of the pill. Then use google image to look for matches online.

Thanks guys I kinda had a feeling these might have been dbols just because everyone I've seen were always red except the blue hearts. Did pharmacom recently have a promo or did these just take a while to get here? I looked back a few pages through the gear pics and didn't see any simular pics.
