im ususally somewhat vascular to begin with but right now and in the past when ive ran high tren, and mast while leaned out I can literally hold my arm above my head for 10 seconds or so, then lower it to my knee and watch my veins fill from nothing to how they look in the pic. I can feel them filling up too, its a warming feeling lol
