I'm almost 40 and transforming my body with the help of Banner and Phoenix. The "after pic" was taken at our hotel today. My work schedule has had me out of the gym for 4 days, so I feel like a slug, but still looking and feeling better than I did a couple of months ago.

Thank you. What's crazy is there is only a
3 lb weight difference between those pics. I'm 3 lbs lighter in the second pic. I guess I just moved the weight around from where it was.
